The Practice
The landscape isn’t a venue. It isn’t a backdrop. It is alive.
It offers resistance. It changes every hour. It has memory, rhythm, ecology and story. If we’re willing to listen, it becomes our collaborator.
Over three days we’ll explore what becomes possible when we stop imposing ideas onto places and instead begin creating with them.
Our studio will be woodland paths, ancient stone circles, hidden valleys, sea mist, campfires and open skies.
Together we’ll walk, observe, gather, build, write, draw, listen and make. Through practical workshops, field research and collaborative experimentation we’ll discover how landscape, weather, light, sound, natural materials and local stories can shape the creative process itself.
Some sessions will happen around a table, many won’t.
