Originally training as a dance artist at Middlesex University, Kylie spent over a decade performing with Cornwall’s acclaimed Rogue Theatre. Working at the heart of immersive and outdoor performance gave her a deep understanding of how movement, landscape and live experience can transform the relationship between audiences and story. That performer’s instinct continues to shape the way she leads productions today, always with an eye on the human experience as much as the practical one.

Alongside her performance career, Kylie has become one of Cornwall’s most respected production professionals, supporting ambitious theatre, outdoor arts and community-led projects. Her credits include Company Stage Manager for I Am Kevin and Stranger Beasts with WildWorks, Deputy Stage Manager for o-region’s White Horse, Stage Manager for Miracle Theatre’s Love Riot, Company & Projects Manager for Cathy Waller Company, Assistant Director on the St Just Ordinalia’s The Resurrection, and Stage Manager for The Vagina Monologues at the Acorn Theatre.

At DAUR, Kylie is the person who quietly holds the whole picture. She has an extraordinary ability to weave together artists, technicians, producers, communities and ideas, creating calm amongst complexity and making the seemingly impossible feel entirely achievable. She believes that great production management isn’t simply about schedules, logistics and problem solving. It’s about looking after people, protecting the creative process and making space for curiosity, courage and play.

Grounded by a lifelong practice in movement and physical performance, Kylie understands that every production is a living ecosystem. She brings warmth, generosity and unwavering attention to detail to every project, helping create the conditions in which bold ideas can grow into unforgettable shared experiences.
